Georges Heiter

Founder of Financesaur and KXSB.
I build AI platforms and communities.

About

I'm an international technology entrepreneur in the San Francisco Bay Area, Philadelphia PA and London, UK. I co-founded KXSB, an AI talent accelerator, and founded Financesaur, an AI-powered deal sourcing platform for M&A. I also founded and scaled Databiology, a biomedical data analytics platform. Before all this, I held senior leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard and Perot Systems across Europe and the US.

Ventures

Financesaur 2025–Present

An AI platform that automates M&A deal sourcing. Instead of analysts spending weeks manually researching buyers and crafting outreach, Financesaur finds counterparties, validates fit, and runs personalized campaigns — turning a relationship-driven grind into a precision engine. Used by investment banks, private equity funds, corporate development teams, and search funds.

KXSB 2024–Present

A member-governed community where builders, companies, and AI platforms collide. The HackXelerator model runs 20-day sprints where people ship working AI prototypes instead of sending resumes — companies watch talent solve real problems, platforms see their tools become the default stack. Thousands of builders. Trusted by AMD, Vultr, Huggingface, etc.

Refluus 2021–2023

A decentralized health data network that exists outside corporate walls and is 100% owned and governed by its members. Individuals are in full control of their data. Ran a pilot with the NHS and partnered with United Health.

Databiology 2013–2021

A biomedical data platform built for the mess of real-world research — genomics, clinical trials, cohort studies. Took massive, scattered datasets from hospitals and labs and made them queryable and comparable. Used by pharma giants and national genomics programs including Genomics England's 100,000 Genomes Project.
